Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term or permanent assignments in Europe and worldwide
\nProactively contact and recruit potential candidates to build relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job openings
\nMonitor and use various recruiting channels, strategic planning tools and referral systems
\nBuild and maintain excellent relationships with healthcare professionals
\nStrive for continuous improvement personally and career-wise
\nStrong drive to achieve targets
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
Ability to work in fast-paced start-up environment
\nProven success in recruiting
\nOutside the box thinker and obsesses with creating an enjoyable candidate journey
