Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
\nProven experience as a recruitment specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
\nIn-depth knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nStrong ability to assess candidate qualifications and potential fit.
\nHigh level of adaptability and flexibility to work in a remote, night shift role.
\nProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
