\nOur client is a 30+ year privately-owned company with a focus on their people, clients, and leading technologies. Their Cloud Services Division is a rapidly growing business helping clients manage their Cloud technology. The team is comprised of leaders that focus on delivering innovative consulting solutions that leverage leading and emerging technologies. <\/p>\n
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Collab with the Sales and Account Management team as a pre-sales resource to assist in identifying and scoping Azure Cloud opportunities.
\nCreate blueprints for hybrid cloud infrastructures centered around Azure (network, server, storage, and management software topologies)
\nDeliver consulting on Multi Cloud Well-Architected Framework
\nProvide oversight of delivery throughout the implementation
\nBe a Cloud subject matter expert while understanding how to interact in a multi-cloud environment. Provide deep-dive technical expertise on Azure, AWS, and GCP during sales engagements.
\n3-4 days per month in travel possible
\nContribute to the development of internal best practices as well as new innovative consulting services offerings that we can take to market.
\nContribute to the presence and brand in the Cloud and DevOps community.
\nCreate methods and frameworks to support sales of our strategy and risk management professional services
\nSupport pre-sales and post-sales meetings and presentations with our clients
\nEnsure a strong understanding of the clients\u2019 needs during project scoping
\nCreate high quality and impactful proposals to clients and write SOWs for strategy and risk management cybersecurity delivery engagements
\nProvide outstanding support to clients and internal teams, and continuously improve our processes
\nHelp define and bring to market new offerings and capabilities
\nMaintain awareness of industry trends and evaluate the applicability of new software technologies to platform development effort
\nProvide leadership of teams and business priorities by building relationships, listening, consulting, and influencing outcomes in both client delivery and sales
\nCreate thought leadership and technical content such as blogs, white papers, and marketing collateral to build our marketplace eminence and support sales conversations.
\nREQUIRED SKILLS:
\nBachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited university is required.
\nMinimum of 7 years of experience with public, private and hybrid cloud architectures
\n5+ years of experience working for Consulting firm with a focus on Azure, AWS, or GCP
\nCloud certifications
\nStrong expertise in solutioning technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies
\nHands-on experience with adjacent technology areas including Network, Security, Identity and Access Management, Landing Zone best practices, and Monitoring and Well-Architected Framework
\nDeep understanding of the current state of the art for infrastructure automation, continuous integration\/deployment, SQL\/NoSQL\/NewSQL, networking, and cloud-based delivery models
\n3+ years of experience with automation platforms and tools (Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, Ansible, Chef, etc.)
\nTechnical Experience with Azure:
\n5+ Years with Foundational Services \u2013 Compute, Database, AI\/ML, Cloud Storage
\nStrong preference for additional experience with AKS, data and analytics, multi-cloud solutions, AI\/ML, developer tools, cloud migration, and DevOps tools\/processes in Azure
\nAbility to mix technical expertise with simple, everyday language to deliver a story that is memorable, educational, and useful.
\nIaaC, Containers, Terraform, CI\/CD Pipeline familiarity, Configuration Management, Service Catalogs, and Cloud Management Solutions
\nMotivated self-starter who loves to solve challenging problems and feels comfortable working directly with customers
\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment.
\nComfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment.
