As a Janitorial Services Specialist, you play a pivotal role in our success. We are currently hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions to ensure exceptional service round the clock.<\/p>\n
Job Details:<\/p>\n
Pay Rate: $11-$13 per hour
\nWorking Hours: Monday-Friday, All Shifts Available (Between 7am-11pm)
\nWeekend Work: Required depending on Customer needs
\nTotal Weekly Hours: Varies for Full-Time and Part-Time positions
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of restrooms, breakrooms, and other designated areas.
\nCollect and dispose of trash, ensuring proper replacement of trash bags.
\nPerform floor cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
\nDust furniture, walls, and other surfaces, and polish windows for a sparkling environment.
\nOperate cleaning equipment and use supplies following Kimco standards for quality service.
\nSecurely lock doors to ensure building security and safety.
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
Prior experience (at least 6 months) in janitorial services or commercial cleaning is preferred.
\nAbility to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods of time.
\nCapable of lifting up to 30 lbs. consistently and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
\nA positive team player with a can-do attitude.
