\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

\nProven customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.

\nFlexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business requirements.
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
