Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and implement effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various sectors and levels.
\nLead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
\nCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance throughout the selection process.
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

\nHandle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially, promoting a harmonious work environment.
\nPartner with managers to address performance management and employee feedback, fostering continuous improvement.
\nConduct regular employee satisfaction surveys to gauge employee engagement and identify areas for improvement.
\nAnalyze HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
\nStay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR, bringing innovative ideas to enhance HR operations.
\nRequired Skills:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nProven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
\nStrong understanding of talent acquisition techniques and best practices.
\nFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
\nSolid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
\nAbility to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
\nDemonstrated experience in designing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
\nTech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.
\nStrong organizational and time management skills.
