Eligibility Criteria:<\/p>\n
Education in Any graduate \/ BE\/B Tech\/MCA\/BSc\/M Tech – with a Computer Science\/Studies background.<\/p>\n
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in the IT industry.<\/p>\n
Should be trained in BA (Business Analyst)<\/p>\n
Core Competency Requirements:<\/p>\n
Support senior BA to elicit & document requirements like PRD, URS, FRS, RTM and Impact Analysis etc<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support the development team for functional clarifications with help of seniors<\/p>\n
\u2022 Perform functional testing to ensure that all requirements are implemented as per requirements documents<\/p>\n
\u2022 Update URS, FRS & RTM to include the approved change requests<\/p>\n
\u2022 Update status periodically or when requested<\/p>\n
Requirement:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Good interpersonal, communication and planning skills along with critical thinking<\/p>\n
\u2022 Expected to perform duties with little supervision and will be self-directed in terms of time and workload management<\/p>\n
\u2022 Innovative and keen on learning and implementing new practices<\/p>\n
