The successful candidate will be responsible for<\/p>\n<p>sourcing, extracting, validating, and updating data and other information.<\/p>\n<p>Key function for the role includes:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Understand the dataset as well as the inputs and output requirements<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Gather data from various sources and update relevant tools, templates, internal databases, files and<\/p>\n<p>spreadsheets after performing pre-described adjustments<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Data sourced from Moody\u2019s internal tools, information shared by other teams, company reports.<\/p>\n<p>Regularly interact with other teams for the workflow<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Identify and research issues, exceptions and discrepancies with data, escalate as needed and follow<\/p>\n<p>up to resolve<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Download of information, files, links etc. from websites \/ internal sites and databases<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Share daily and weekly updates as required by the process including workflow status or summaries<\/p>\n<p>This job description is issued as a guideline and is not exhaustive. Knowledge of financial statements and financial terms<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Solid verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete processes without error. Able to confidently follow<\/p>\n<p>a process and rapidly develop subject matter expertise without the need for continual quality checks<\/p>\n<p>on work<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Demonstrate flexibility with last minute changes in commitments and deadlines and has ability to<\/p>\n<p>prioritize tasks accordingly.
