Job Responsibilities:
\nAs an HR Trainee, you will be responsible for performing one or more of the following job functions:<\/p>\n
Reply to applicant’s emails, screen replies, and schedule interviews with senior HR staff.
\nPost job ads on general career websites, university and college career websites, and internship websites.
\nDevelop relationships with universities and colleges that have intern programs.
\nConduct interviews and assist in the evaluation process.
\nPerform various other HR tasks as assigned.
\nRequirements and Qualifications:
\nTo be considered for the role of HR Trainee at The Elitejob, you must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n
Hold a degree in one of the following fields: HR, business, commerce, marketing, education, journalism, administration, or any other business, arts, or sciences program.
\nPossess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\nHave the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\nBe detail-oriented and organized.
\nDemonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
\nShow proficiency in using LinkedIn, Facebook, email, Google research, and other relevant platforms.
\nFamiliarity with business and partnership development is preferred.
