LOCATION: Hyderabad – India<\/p>\n
ONSITE: This role requires the student to work from the LOCATION office throughout the duration of the Co-op\/Intern term. First time Co-ops\/Interns should work full-time and onsite.<\/p>\n

\nWHAT YOU\u2019LL BE DOING:<\/p>\n
Gain knowledge current productivity and collaboration Tools
\nWork With Sr. Colllaboration team members
\nFollow document process for resolving customer tickets
\nWork with vendors and Sr. team members to resolve complex issues<\/p>\n
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
Basic knowledge of networking, Operations Systmes and Web technologies
\nBasic knowledge of MS office and Mobile Apps
\nGood Communication skills
\nGood customer service skills
\nQuick learner and able to follow document processes
\nWHAT WOULD SET YOU APART:<\/p>\n
Infomation system Coursework – Networking, Operating systems
\nSome knowledge of Collaboration tools – MS office, Slack, MS teams, One Drive
\nGood communication skills
