As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent customer service, addressing queries, and providing technical assistance. Job Responsibilities:
\nRespond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, primarily through phone communication.
\nIdentify customer needs and guide them in utilizing specific features effectively.
\nUpdate our internal databases with detailed information on technical issues and valuable customer interactions.
\nMonitor customer complaints on social media platforms and proactively offer assistance to resolve issues.
\nCollaborate with team members by sharing feature requests and effective workarounds.
\nKeep customers informed about new features and functionalities.
\nCollect and analyze customer feedback, and communicate insights to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
\nAssist in training and mentoring junior Customer Support Representatives.
\nRequirements and Skills:
\nProven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role.
\nFamiliarity with the banking, telecom, or related industry is a plus.
\nProficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
\nUnderstanding of CRM systems and their functionality.
\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.
\nStrong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
\nPatience and composure when handling challenging customer cases.
\nQualifications:
\nGraduation in any discipline or equivalent.
\nFluent English communication skills are essential.
\n0 to 8 years of experience in Customer Support or any international BPO.
\nPrevious experience in the customer service industry will be advantageous.
\nOpenness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts as required.
\nCandidates with backlogs or arrears in their degree are not eligible.
