If you are passionate about creating a positive work culture and maximizing employee potential, this is the perfect opportunity for you.<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities:<br \/>\nCollaborate with HR seniors and functional heads to develop policies, programs, and solutions that align with the company&#8217;s strategic goals.<br \/>\nTake initiatives to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity of employees, ensuring a high level of employee engagement and retention.<br \/>\nPartner with stakeholders during the annual HR cycle deliverables, including performance management, career development, rewards and recognition, merit and bonus awards, benefits enrollment, and payroll.<br \/>\nProvide timely actions on policy interpretation and application to ensure compliance.<br \/>\nImplement talent acquisition initiatives in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, specifically for the sales vertical.<br \/>\nDesign and implement training programs to meet the organization&#8217;s training objectives.<br \/>\nResolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances promptly.<br \/>\nDevelop an efficient, result-oriented team capable of achieving targets and goals.<br \/>\nRoles &#038; Responsibilities:<br \/>\nImplement the communication framework to enhance internal communication channels.<br \/>\nProvide input for the implementation of HR policies and procedures.<br \/>\nDesign and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.<br \/>\nAssist in deploying the career planning objectives of the business unit.<br \/>\nEnsure the deployment of suitable motivational and team-building initiatives.<br \/>\nImplement specific initiatives based on Employee Satisfaction (ESAT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).<br \/>\nEnsure adherence to the Training Needs Identification (TNI) process within the unit.<br \/>\nProvide grievance counseling and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.<br \/>\nManage employee exits and share exit analysis trends with managers, Heads of People (HOPS), Process Heads (PH), and Functional Heads (FH).<br \/>\nPossess comprehensive knowledge of all HR policies, serving as a central point of contact for HR-related issues within the unit.<br \/>\nCollaborate with Corporate HR on various HR initiatives.<br \/>\nImplement immigration-related policies in compliance with relevant regulations.<br \/>\nProvide support to on-site personnel in the areas of communication and career planning.<br \/>\nFacilitate the deployment of mentoring programs.<br \/>\nOversee performance management processes, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews of the team.<br \/>\nRequirements and Qualifications:<br \/>\nBachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.<br \/>\nProven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the financial or technology industry.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with stakeholders at various levels.<br \/>\nProblem-solving and conflict resolution skills.<br \/>\nExperience in talent acquisition and performance management.<br \/>\nProficiency in English language, both written and verbal.<br \/>\nJoin KreditBee&#8217;s HR team and make a significant impact on employee engagement and organizational success.
