\nProactively monitor and address customer complaints on various social media platforms.
\nCollaborate with team members to share valuable insights, including feature requests and effective workarounds.
\nEducate customers about new features and functionalities, providing them with the necessary information to maximize product utilization.
\nEnsure the resolution of technical issues by following up with customers and confirming their satisfaction.
\nCollect customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance our offerings.
\nAssist in training and mentoring junior Customer Support Representatives.
\nRequirements and Skills
\nProven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar Customer Service role.
\nFamiliarity with our industry is a plus.
\nProficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
\nStrong understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
