Job Description
\nWe are looking for a Data Entry Operator to ensure proper workflow on all production data entry related activities.<\/p>\n
Daily data Entry on Production Data per daily orders
\nEnter daily raw material Intake, Production Quantity in SAP System , ERP and verify Production Yield
\nCoordinate with Production Planner on daily RM and verify during Receiving
\nPreparing and sorting documents for data entry
\nEntering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
\nResolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
\nCoordinate with Production Planner on daily RM and verify during Receivin
\nWillingness to work weekends, public holidays and long hours and at working environments (lower temperature 15 Degree when required.
\nIdentify problems as they arise, informing Supervisor of deviations in Process Data , Quantity Yield et
\nPerform any other assignments as required by the Production Supervisor.
\nAbout The Requirements<\/p>\n
Experience in Data Entry Food Processing, Microsoft Excel ,Tally etc
\nBasic skills in English Preferred (written and oral) is an added advantage
\nKnowledge in SAP or any ERP<\/p>\n
