Roles and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Recruitments<\/p>\n
Assist in creating Job Descriptions and maintaining records.
\nSourcing, Screening profiles for specific roles in India, and International Geographies.
\nMIS<\/p>\n
Create Monthly MIS and share with the Team.
\nAssist in any additional \/ Ad hoc date requirement by the Management.
\nPerformance Management<\/p>\n
Assist AGM HR during the Annual Appraisal Process.
\nWork with HODs to create KRAs for New Joinees, and all employees for next financial year post conclusion of Appraisals
\nAny other HR-related roles and responsibilities.
\nEmployee Engagements<\/p>\n
Execution of various EE initiatives as per EE Calendar.
\nRegular Connect with Employees and addressing their queries, Organizing Events, Employee Picnics, etc.
\nFacilitate Employee Trainings and maintain records.
\nConducting Exit Interviews and sharing feedback with the team.
\nDesired Candidate Profile<\/p>\n
0 to 2 years experience in Human Resources.
\nProficient in MS Office.
\nProficient in English Communication (Spoken & Written)
