content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.<br \/>\nMonitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, and engage with followers by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and personable manner.<br \/>\nCollaborate with the social media manager to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and content calendars.<br \/>\nAssist in scheduling and posting content using social media management tools.<br \/>\nMonitor social media performance metrics and compile data for reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.<br \/>\nCustomer Service Support:<br \/>\nSupport the customer service team by promptly responding to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns across various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media platforms.<br \/>\nAssist in addressing and resolving customer issues, striving for customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image.<br \/>\nEscalate complex customer inquiries to appropriate teams and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.<br \/>\nHelp manage customer reviews and ratings, encouraging positive feedback and assisting in addressing negative comments professionally.<br \/>\nMaintain a solid understanding of products, services, and company policies to accurately assist customers.<br \/>\nCollaboration and Reporting:<br \/>\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.<br \/>\nShare customer insights and feedback with relevant departments to contribute to product improvements and service enhancements.<br \/>\nAssist in compiling and organizing data for regular social media and customer service reports.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).<br \/>\nPrior experience or internship in social media management and customer service is a plus.<br \/>\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with customers.<br \/>\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage social media content schedules and customer
