Responsibilities
\nProvide resolution to maintain standards of quality in content moderation.
\nReview content and apply prescribed guidelines to provide appropriate resolution.
\nRecognize trends and patterns in content and raise any timely concerns.
\nProvide insights and suggestions to improve user support.
\nMaintain a thorough understanding of processes and policies.
\nDeliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
\nQualifications
\nMinimum Qualifications
\nAny Graduate degree.
\nFreshers are eligible to apply.
\nFluent in the English language.
