This position involves providing consulting and support related to the OneStream platform, including troubleshooting, custom solution-building, and providing training materials. The consultant will help ensure customers have a smooth experience after go-live and will assist in enhancing their usage of the product. Some travel (10-15%) is required.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Post-Go-Live Support<\/strong>: Provide ongoing support to customers, helping with data discrepancies, issues, formulas, business rules, and integration building.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom Solutions<\/strong>: Build reports, security models, dashboards, and custom event processes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consulting<\/strong>: Assist during the customer transition and gather business requirements for application support.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaboration<\/strong>: Work with internal teams, including the application services team and development teams, to address customer needs and enhance the OneStream product.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Documentation &amp; Training<\/strong>: Create Knowledge Base articles, help with internal training sessions, and support customer-facing training materials and events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Education<\/strong>: College diploma or Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of full-time accounting\/finance experience (or equivalent).<\/li>\n<li>2-5 years of experience in consulting for CPM software implementations or development.<\/li>\n<li>SQL, VB.Net, C#, or similar coding experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial skills (understanding of financial concepts, general ledgers, debits, credits, intercompany eliminations, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Certifications<\/strong>: A professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), or other certifications in accounting\/finance or information technology.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience with OneStream or similar platforms<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>OneStream XF, SAP Outlooksoft BPC, SAP BOFC, HFM, Hyperion, Cognos, or similar EPM solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Personal Attributes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot and act independently.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Comfort with communicating across all management levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Travel:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10-15% travel required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Who We Are:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>OneStream is a leading provider of an intelligent finance platform, unifying financial close, planning, reporting, analytics, and machine learning in a single solution.
