With that philosophy in mind, we\u2019re excited to invite applications for the Customer Service Officer role.<\/p>\n<h3>Role Overview<\/h3>\n<p>As a Customer Service Officer, you\u2019ll be the first point of contact for existing customers, helping them with mortgage-related queries, amendments, and general assistance.
