As a Weekend Scheduler, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from both clients and caregivers, ensuring schedules are aligned to meet the needs of our clients. This position will require a self-starter who can work independently while being part of a supportive team environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Answer inbound calls<\/strong> from clients and caregivers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule caregivers<\/strong> for shifts based on availability and client needs.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the <strong>Scheduler<\/strong> and <strong>General Manager<\/strong> to ensure smooth operations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Document and update schedules<\/strong> accurately and efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Provide <strong>exceptional customer service<\/strong> to both clients and caregivers.<\/li>\n<li>Think <strong>strategically<\/strong> and take initiative to solve scheduling challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong <strong>communication<\/strong> with the team and clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong <strong>communication<\/strong> and <strong>computer skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and be <strong>self-disciplined<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Previous experience<\/strong> in business development or sales (preferred, but not required).<\/li>\n<li>Must have a <strong>positive attitude<\/strong> and a willingness to learn.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience in scheduling<\/strong> or similar roles is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Types:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time or Part-time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pay:<\/strong> $14.62 &#8211; $17.61 per hour<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dental and health insurance<\/li>\n<li>Flexible schedule<\/li>\n<li>Paid time off<\/li>\n<li>Referral program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8-hour shift<\/li>\n<li>Every weekend (with some weekday coverage)<\/li>\n<li>On-call availability (weekends only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Remote<\/p>\n<h3>Why Join Us?<\/h3>\n<p>At Amada Senior Care, we\u2019re not just looking for employees\u2014we\u2019re looking for passionate individuals who want to be part of a <strong>family-oriented<\/strong> team.
