\nKey Responsibilities:
\nFranchise Effectiveness:<\/p>\n
Provide pre-service and in-service training for all partners.
\nConduct Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP), and Teacher training.
\nBuild strong rapport with partners, offering support in the implementation of key initiatives and compliance.
\nConduct training for EuroKids Centers in India and International Markets.
\nAssist in hiring franchise staff.
\nAcademic Excellence:<\/p>\n
Ensure regular training at franchise and cluster levels.
\nMeasure and improve satisfaction levels of internal and external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops, or any other Parent Interactive sessions.
\nConduct teacher workshops, provide teacher observation reports, and offer feedback for class observation.
\nCollaborate in the planning, designing, and implementation of teaching modules.
\nUndertake quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum.
\nCoordinate with the special needs department to support teachers in delivering successful sessions.
\nExperience and Qualifications:
\nEssential:<\/p>\n
Female Candidates only.
\nGraduate E.C.C.Ed. \/ Montessori trained \/ Nursery Teacher Training.
\n3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience.
\nHigh computer literacy with a demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the learning environment and teaching methodology.
\nCurrent knowledge of industry practices, trends, and issues.
\nFluency in written and spoken English is essential.
\nDesirable:<\/p>\n
Highly developed organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
