Key Responsibilities:
\nProvide prompt and courteous assistance to passengers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance.
\nNavigate and utilize internal systems and resources to effectively respond to passenger requests.
\nStay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and travel regulations to provide accurate information to passengers.
\nCollaborate with other departments to resolve complex passenger issues, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
\nProactively identify opportunities to enhance passenger satisfaction and offer personalized solutions.
\nRequired Skills:
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\nStrong customer service and interpersonal skills.

\nQualifications:
