Position Overview: Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service and assisting travelers in their journey? In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with reservations, ticketing, and general inquiries.
\nProviding excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
\nMaking flight reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
\nAssisting customers with booking accommodations and car rentals, as well as providing information on travel-related services.
\nKeeping up-to-date with Delta Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
\nRequired Skills:<\/p>\n
Strong communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
\nExcellent problem-solving abilities, ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly.
\nAbility to work independently and meet performance targets in a remote work environment.
\nBasic computer skills and the ability to navigate reservation systems.
\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing reservations and transactions.
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
High school diploma or equivalent.
\nPrevious customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
\nA quiet and distraction-free home office environment to provide a professional customer service experience.
