Job Description: Cigna Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Medicare Contracting Controls, Policies & Standards. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our policies and standards to ensure compliance with Medicare regulations while also promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop, implement, and maintain policies and standards related to Medicare contracting controls.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and regulations.
\nProvide strategic guidance to the organization on matters related to Medicare contracting.
\nStay current with changes in Medicare policies and guidelines and ensure that the organization adapts accordingly.
\nLead a team of dedicated professionals to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
\nFoster a culture of integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.
\nRequired Skills:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor degree in a related field (Master degree preferred).
\nA minimum of 7 years of experience in Medicare compliance, contracting, or a related field.
\nStrong understanding of Medicare guidelines, policies, and standards.
\nExceptional leadership and communication skills.
\nAbility to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable policies.
\nProven track record of leading cross-functional teams to success.
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
