Position Summary: The Elite Job is seeking an IT Service Desk Manager (m\/f\/d) to lead our service desk team. Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT support professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
\nService Delivery: Ensure the timely and effective delivery of IT support services to our clients, meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
\nProblem Resolution: Manage and resolve complex technical issues and escalations, providing guidance and solutions to the service desk team.

\nPerformance Metrics: Monitor and report on service desk performance metrics, analyzing data to make informed decisions and improvements.
\nClient Interaction: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing client feedback.
\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
\nProven experience in IT service desk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
\nStrong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
\nExceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage technical escalations.
