Position Overview:Accenture is seeking a Support Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Support Desk Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional support to our employees.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Provide first-line technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and professionally.
\nDiagnose and resolve IT-related problems, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software applications, and network connectivity.
\nDocument all support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
\nCollaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and follow up on resolution.
\nAssist in maintaining and updating IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
\nRequired Skills:<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
\nProficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
\nExcellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical manner.
\nAdept at problem-solving and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
\nFamiliarity with ticketing systems and IT service management practices.
\nA commitment to delivering exceptional support to end-users.
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor degree in IT-related field preferred.
\nRelevant certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) is a plus.
\nPrevious experience in a support desk or IT helpdesk role is preferred.
\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
