Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
\nMaintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
\nAssist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
\nCollaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and follow up on problem resolution.
\nEducate end-users on basic IT-related tasks and best practices.
\nContribute to the development and improvement of IT support documentation.
\nRequired Skills:<\/p>\n
Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Support Technician or in a similar role.
\nStrong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
\nFamiliarity with common software applications, including Microsoft Office.
\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.
\nCustomer-oriented attitude with the ability to provide exceptional service.
\nAdept at working both independently and as part of a team.
\nBasic understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting.
\nIT-related certification (e.g., CompTIA A+) is a plus.
