Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional technical support for backend IT systems, ensuring the seamless operation of critical infrastructure.
\nCollaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and disruption.
\nMonitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
\nAssist in maintaining IT hardware and software, including updates, upgrades, and installations.
\nContribute to the development and implementation of IT support processes and best practices.
\nMaintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and support procedures.
\nDeliver top-notch customer service to internal stakeholders, addressing their IT-related concerns and queries promptly.
\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
\nStrong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in an IT support role.
\nKnowledge of backend IT systems and familiarity with operating systems (Windows and Linux).
\nExceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
\nTeam player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
\nPrior experience or internships in IT support is a plus.
