Key Responsibilities
\nTalent Acquisition: Lead and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent for a wide range of internship positions.<\/p>\n
Employee Development: Develop and implement strategies for the professional development of our interns and employees, fostering a growth-oriented work environment.<\/p>\n
Performance Management: Establish and maintain performance appraisal systems to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.<\/p>\n
HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.<\/p>\n
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to ensure a harmonious work environment.<\/p>\n
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a vibrant and inclusive workplace.<\/p>\n
Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for all employees and interns.<\/p>\n
Benefits and Compensation: Manage and administer employee benefit programs and compensation structures.<\/p>\n
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance skills and knowledge among the workforce.<\/p>\n
Required Skills
\nBachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master degree preferred.
\nProven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
\nThorough knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
\nStrong organizational and leadership abilities.
\nProblem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
\nProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
\nAdaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote and hybrid work environment.
