We cannot train someone on Excel. Reporting is a major part of the role.<\/li>\n<li>Firm understanding of compliance in the recruiting process (OFCCP, FLSA).<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience within the engineering &amp; construction industry.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the fire alarm life safety industry.<\/li>\n<li>Experience hiring fire alarm technicians, safety inspectors, installers, and fire alarm programmers.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of PLC, ESS, and FA Principles (Programmable Logic Controller, Energy Storage Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems).<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility: able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and organization to achieve team objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management and prioritization skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective teammates elevate others around themselves by teaching, communicating and helping.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and understand the speech of another person.<\/li>\n<li>The traits of being honest, ethical, and trustworthy.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to not give up and eventually find a solution.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to follow process and follow direction from superiors.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to understand the point of view and feelings of candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Social Skills.
