An essential part of the Starbucks product experience, food completes the occasion for our customers. We are looking for someone to help us deliver unparalleled food experiences that our partners are proud to serve, and that our customers crave. One could call it a dream job. Here\u2019s what our team does and where you may play a part:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive forward our ambitious food programs<\/li>\n<li>Food plays a central role in elevating our brand \u2018 we are standing up a new program to freshly bake croissants in our stores. We aim to serve the absolute best coffeehouse croissants in our stores.<\/li>\n<li>This is a highly complex, highly cross-functional initiative requiring a combination of day-to-day management as well as strategic thinking to see around corners and drive smart decision-making. While our focus is food, bake fresh spans most corners of the enterprise, contributing to a robust toolkit.<\/li>\n<li>We are also reimagining our food case \u2018 near term and long term \u2018 to deliver a stunning visual presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Craft our food<\/li>\n<li>We love food on the Food team, and we have the privilege of crafting new food experiences for our customers \u2018 new platforms, new flavors, new textures.
