The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with big data and strong technical expertise in developing data pipelines, managing databases, and creating data products. This role involves collaborating across teams to optimize data workflows and support our digital initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the automation of data pipelines.<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop, and optimize data flow pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from diverse data sources, enabling information models and digital product development.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement process improvements in data management, including automating manual tasks, optimizing data delivery, and re-architecting databases for scalability and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of digital products using advanced data engineering techniques, such as semantic layers, EDL (Enterprise Data Lakes), and EDF (Enterprise Data Fabric).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in processing, filtering, cleaning, and standardizing large datasets.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of relational databases, semantic layers, graph databases, and EDL\/EDF technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Databricks, including notebooks, clusters, and Unity Catalog.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with GenAI prompt engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of DevOps and software best practices, including version control, continuous integration, and test-driven development.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or a related industry.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiar with CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) authoring domains.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in EDL tools such as Prophecy.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in data strategy, data products, and information modeling.<\/li>\n<li>Working experience in the SAFe Agile delivery model.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of pharmaceutical systems such as LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), QMS (Quality Management Systems) and SAP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education Requirements:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree with 1-3 years of experience in data science\/data engineering OR Bachelor\u2019s Degree with 3-5 years of experience in data science\/data engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate\u2019s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Ancillaries:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.<\/p>\n<p><em>Aditi Consulting LLC uses AI technology to engage candidates during the sourcing process.
