He\/she will be responsible for patient safety, physical assessments, clinical documentation, treatment plans, continuous communication with clinical staff, tracking of outcomes, and patient education. He\/she will assume responsibility for providing quality and timely care for all patients. This person will enable the team of providers to make appropriate decisions to develop, implement and evaluate a plan of care.
