Our\u00a0<b>clinicians<\/b>\u00a0play a vital role in the recovery process for\u00a0<b>chronic, critically ill and medically complex patients.<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>As a\u00a0Registered Nurse \/ RN\u00a0you will:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Develop nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Communicate changes in patient&#8217;s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor\/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Participate in discharge planning process<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>$39.28 &#8211; $48.84 \/ hour<\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Graduated from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing as Registered Nurse \/ RN or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as a Registered Nurse \/ RN.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Current state licensure as Registered Nurse \/ RN.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>BCLS certification is required.
