The i<b>ndividual <\/b>will be expected to work cross-functionally across many departments (sales, operations, <b>billing,<\/b> and lab teams) to serve our patient and client needs. The result of our work is an innovative, flexible, highly scalable<b> billing operations <\/b>in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>What to Expect:<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Remote Work<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>SCHEDULE:\u00a0 <\/b>Mon &#8211; Fri, traditional PST hours (8 am \u2013 5 pm)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be well-versed in all processes and policies to respond clearly to client phone and e-mail inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Research accounts for adequate <b>billing<\/b> information<\/li>\n<li>Completes timely and accurate submission of claims to insurance companies and patients to ensure timely reimbursement<\/li>\n<li>Interacts with clients, insurance companies and patients to verify billing information is complete and accurate<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for documenting account activity, updating patient and claim information<\/li>\n<li>Identifies issues and suggest potential improvements<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with your team and to develop best practices to ensure we are providing the best service and experience to all customers<\/li>\n<li>As needed, communicate via telephone with clients, professionally and concisely.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in projects<b> that extend beyond your day to day to stretch you to think outside the box<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education and Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent, required<\/li>\n<li>1 year required of proven customer service or client facing experience, i.e., retail;
