Delek US Holdings, a leading energy company, is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in online customer service.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities: \u2013 Interact with customers via online web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner \u2013 Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries \u2013 Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service \u2013 Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, demonstrating confidence and hard work in handling customer interactions \u2013 Provide timely and detailed reports on customer interactions and feedback to management<\/p>\n

Requirements: \u2013 Previous experience in online customer service or related field \u2013 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal \u2013 Proficiency in computer systems and web-based platforms \u2013 Ability to work independently and as part of a team \u2013 Confident and hardworking personality traits \u2013 Cooperation and presentation soft skills \u2013 Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates<\/p>\n
