- Contribute to large-scale planning related to functional area deliverables<\/li>\n
- Analyze new equipment and equipment under lease to ensure values are accurate and the portfolio is sound<\/li>\n
- Be responsible for both residual valuation and remarketing for various industries<\/li>\n
- Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors<\/li>\n
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a Commercial Valuations team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Commercial Valuations functional area, policies, procedures and compliance requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- Collaborate and consult with Commercial Valuations peers, colleagues, and middle level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals<\/li>\n
- Lead Commercial Valuations projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals<\/li>\n
- Review or prepare moderately complex valuation reports to ensure appropriate content and compliance with federal, regulatory, and bank policy. These tasks may include quality oversight, technical desk reviews and\/or post funding review.<\/li>\n
- Interact, collaborate, and consult with service providers, commercial valuations peers, colleagues, and middle level managers to resolve issues, achieve goals, and to clarify quality concerns or non-compliance identified during the review process.<\/li>\n
- Work independently with minimal amount of supervision and lead commercial valuations projects.<\/li>\n
- Meet production goals as well as service and high-quality standards.<\/li>\n
- Perform management functions including the management of business relationships involving internal partners and outside professionals within the context of specific assignments.<\/li>\n
- Integrate use of various appraisal related technologies throughout the appraisal review process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n

- 4+ years of Commercial Valuations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- Experience both as a fee appraiser and financial institution (or similar) reviewer<\/li>\n
- Excellent, clear and concise written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n
- Advanced technical skills with appraisal related tools including Argus Enterprise, Microsoft Office, and Collateral 360 preferred<\/li>\n
- Outstanding organization, analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n
- Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment<\/li>\n
- Interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management<\/li>\n
- Professional Valuation designation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
