What will you be doing?<\/p>\n
Work alongside client field counterpart(s) to follow up on account orders\/reorders<\/p>\n
Complete any general admin related responsibilities for field partners<\/p>\n
Demonstrate effectiveness working independently and in team environments.<\/p>\n
Establish phone presence; commanding & disarming, ability to create rapport, network, build, and maintain productive business relationships.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate clinical and technical skills.<\/p>\n
Adhere to new therapeutic areas and channels of business and adapt to organizational change.<\/p>\n
Verify and complete required data entry including details of customer orders<\/p>\n
Successfully complete the Client’s product training (self-study, testing, field work and classroom training at the Client’s site or electronically) and meet training expectations set by the Client in order to proceed to servicing the Client’s customers within the parameters of the program.<\/p>\n
Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).<\/p>\n

What do you need for this position?<\/p>\n
1-2 years of work experience in a sales or service position. B2B and\/or life science experience will be considered<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree preferred<\/p>\n
Strong business acumen, sense of urgency, collaboration, and customer service skills<\/p>\n
Documented track record of positive, sustained sales\/service results<\/p>\n
Ability to manage territory plan and adapt quickly to changing environment and evolving business needs<\/p>\n
Proficient using virtual technology (Veeva, Zoom) platforms to connect with customers<\/p>\n
