The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in a remote capacity. As the Supply Chain Coordinator – Outbound, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our clients. This overnight position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and effectively coordinate with various stakeholders to streamline supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage outbound logistics operations, including order processing, shipment scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize transportation costs and service levels.
  • Review and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of outbound shipments, including documentation and inventory levels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any outbound logistics-related inquiries or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of outbound logistics processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
  • Prior experience with outbound logistics and inventory management is essential.

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time, overnight remote position. Typical working hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM (local time), Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and supply chain management software.
