  • Assist customers with managing their travel plans, including providing information on baggage policies, seat assignments, and special requests.
  • Process ticket changes, refunds, and other transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Deltas services, policies, and promotions to offer accurate information to customers.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry, is highly desirable.
  • Experience with remote work is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms is advantageous.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time and part-time positions are available.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
