Target is seeking a Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center agents to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a call center environment and possess the personality traits of reliability and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of remote call center agents to achieve performance goals and targets
  • Monitor and evaluate agent performance through call monitoring and quality assurance measures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to agents to enhance their skills and performance
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Analyze call center data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the call center
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
