Job Description:

Delek US Holdings, a leading energy company, is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in online customer service.

Responsibilities: – Interact with customers via online web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner – Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries – Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service – Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, demonstrating confidence and hard work in handling customer interactions – Provide timely and detailed reports on customer interactions and feedback to management

Requirements: – Previous experience in online customer service or related field – Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – Proficiency in computer systems and web-based platforms – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Confident and hardworking personality traits – Cooperation and presentation soft skills – Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
