The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Service Center Supervisor to oversee our overnight operations. In this crucial role, you will manage a team of IT professionals to ensure that all technical support services are delivered efficiently and effectively during non-standard business hours. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, resolving complex technical issues, and coordinating with other departments to support our organizations IT infrastructure. Your leadership will be key in driving our mission to provide exceptional IT support and ensure business continuity around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the overnight IT service center team, including setting schedules, managing performance, and providing mentorship.
  • Monitor and respond to escalated technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Oversee the execution of routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and security checks.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain operational integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to address ongoing projects, system improvements, and any cross-functional issues.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on service performance, issue resolution, and team productivity to senior management.
  • Develop and conduct training programs to enhance team skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Manage incident and problem management processes, ensuring all issues are documented and resolved in accordance with established protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Proven experience in IT support or service management, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivation and performance improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for delivering clear instructions and feedback.
  • Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is highly desirable.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or service management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing overnight shifts and handling high-pressure situations.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and process improvement initiatives.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, with primary working hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
  • Flexibility to cover additional shifts or adjust hours as needed based on business requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Proficiency in using IT service management tools and software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
