Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies.

  • Provide support in handling employee inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through HR programs and initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and managing HR operations.
  • Proven track record of improving HR processes and enhancing employee experiences.

Working Hours

  • This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Full-time commitment is required, with the expectation to manage workloads effectively across different time zones as necessary.
