As an HR Shared Services coordinator, you will…

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with talent acquisition and hiring managers and sustain HR Shared Services operations
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to enhance the candidate experience
  • Work with Talent acquisition and HR core teams in various workstreams
  • Navigate ambiguity including changing priorities/processes and managing multiple priorities with deadlines
  • Drive to identify and implement continuous improvement ideas including redefining processes
  • Investigate and develop solutions to procedure and process-related issues. Work cross-functionally to promptly resolve operations issues
