In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to our clients using Google products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google technology, and a passion for helping customers find success with Google products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of two years experience in a customer service, technical support, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of Google products and technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills
