Our Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance team push the boundaries of global healthcare through research and innovation. Through clinical trials and surveillance, we ensure the safety and efficacy of our existing and pipeline products to produce safe, effective, innovative medicine.

Our Global Clinical Trial Operations organization (GCTO) oversees and conducts all of the operations involved in… executing company-sponsored clinical trials. We provide strategic input and feedback into global clinical development and operational plans in order to increase project value and R&D productivity. We design, plan, implement, project-manage and complete company protocols conducted globally—including biologics, devices, vaccines and small molecules—working to the highest ethical and regulatory standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

GCTO-US Emerging Talent Rotational (GCTO ETR) Program: Over the course of 21-24 months as a GCTO ETRA you will explore 3 different roles and areas within Global Clinical Trials Operations. The GCTO ETR Program cultivates the technical, business, and professional experience of entry-level clinical trial personnel preparing them for their next role. Working within teams alongside highly skilled professionals, GCTO ETRA employees will apply their passion for science, operations management, patient centricity, and project management to help our company develop and provide innovative products and services aligned to our most critical business outcomes.

We’re looking for emerging talent who have a drive for applying their passion to invent novel life-saving drugs, broaden access to medicines and vaccines, and enable next generation healthcare solutions, with knowledge, or experience within any of the following and capabilities:

Required Education and Skills:

  • Completed education/job training in office management, administration, life sciences, engineering, or project management. Experience in health care, knowledge of clinical research, and Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Graduation by December 2023)
  • While not a requirement, candidates may have completed a recent internship, apprenticeship, co-op, or equivalent professional role in a pharma-related field. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
