Responsibilities:
Create, curate, and schedule compelling content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media accounts, responding promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand’s messaging and goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize our social media strategy and keep us ahead of the curve.
Generate reports on social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
Engage with our online community by participating in relevant conversations, sharing user-generated content, and fostering a sense of belonging.
Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands, either through professional roles or successful personal projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, images, and videos.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and issues tactfully and effectively.
Creative mindset with the ability to propose innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization for social media.
Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars and schedules effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
A solid understanding of different social media platform dynamics and audience preferences.
