As a Customer Support Representative at Costco, you will be an essential part of our remote customer service team, dedicated to providing exceptional support to our members. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
