Wells Fargo is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Officer to join our team in New York City, New York. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, issues, or requests
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their accounts
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Research and gather information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Make decisions on how to best assist customers based on company policies and procedures
  • Document all interactions with customers accurately in the company’s database
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
